Hi everyone. I wrote an basic syntax to be able to flag if the double entry data sets i am comparing have errors in their data entry. I am able to get it flagged that there are issues with the two data sets, but an unable to pinpoint the specific variables at which there are differences. this is a large data set housed in SPSS 16.0 with approximately 1000 variables and am looking at 25 subjects. Any suggestions on how to get the exact data points that have errors between the two sets instead of looking over each data point individually?

thanks.
